What are the Burundians' planning?

We are communicating with Dr. Elisee and our friends in Burundi about their plans, hopes & dreams for the hospital. Below is an e-mail from Dr. Elisee with a list of projects that they are hoping to complete. Many of these items are also on the FKH "wish list":

I send you the survey map of Kibimba Hospital and the buildings we plan to build in 3-5 years.It will depend with the money we will have.
The alphabetical letters represent the buildings we have.The numeral represent the buildings we plan to construct .

We started to build the new maternity on 2th March2009 .We would like to finish the building in the end of June.We will finish to build the enclosure in the end of March.We started to use the new building of AIDS last week.
